Pick your game mode on Tutorial Island and the Valkyrie herald will hand you your first gear.

Frequently asked questions
Is Valkyrie free to play?
Yes — completely. The store only sells cosmetics and convenience items; no best-in-slot gear is for sale.
Windows says the launcher "protected my PC". Is it safe?
That SmartScreen notice appears for new apps that haven't built up download reputation yet. Click More info → Run anyway. Only ever download the client from this page.
The .jar won't open when I double-click it.
Install Java 11 or newer (Adoptium Temurin is a good free option), then try again. On macOS, right-click the file and choose Open the first time.
Can I play on mobile?
A mobile client is on our roadmap. Follow the News page and our Discord for announcements.
I forgot my password — what now?
Open a support ticket in our Discord with your username and any recovery details you set. Staff will never ask for your current password.
